How many pounds are you set to lose each week? It is sad when docotors won't address your concerns. I would say if it's only for a week, you are probably okay. However, if it continues past 14 days, I would see my doctor.

I too have reached my goal and have a calorie count of 1900. Don't stop exercising. I have moved from 5 workouts a week to 4 and keep logging and eating healthy. Are you drinking enough water?

Love seeing that number go down. I started…

Canadian bacon has become a new fave. Also, crustless quiche or a frittata with eggbeaters and lot of veggies along with some lowfat cheese. Salsa and reduced fat sour cream and tons of flavor....maybe some avocado with it!

As long as it is the same pair of shoes, it should not matter as long as you are consistent. I weigh at home with no shoes.

You will hear lots about whether to eat your exercise calories, both for and against. I have had great success eating the calories I'm allowed, including exercise. My goal each day is to have some calories remaining. Hope this helps!

I pack turkey or ham, a whole grain sandwich round, one ounce of lowfat cheese, mustard and/or light mayo separately. At lunchtime I assemble the fresh sandwich. Add a variety of fruit or fresh veggies along with pretzels or my new fave a serving of wheat thins crisp stix. Changing types of mustard and cheeses will also…
