I LOVE this thread! As a tall girl (5'10") I see models that are the same height as me who are a size 2 where I can barely fit into my "skinny" jeans that are a size 10. I would love to get down to a 6/8, but I will never be a size 2. I love healthy curves, and plan on keeping some of mine!

Yeah I was born in the '90's and I only remember about 3/4 of that, haha. I guess I'm just young! But it did bring back great memories... My personality, my musical albility and my eyes. They change from gray to blue, but are usually green. Also one of them is 1/8 brown, and I've never met anyone with anything like that before!

My friend calls me "Gilman girl" when we play tennis (espeically when we're doubles partners). So I used that. She calls me that because in Junior High I used to tell my friends I was going to marry the country singer Billy Gilman<3 hahaha

Well I don't play guitar, bass or drums. But I do play piano, flute and piccolo plus I love to sing so I guess that counts for something!

One thing that's helped me though is post little reminders in my room, on the fridge, near the more junky foods etc. And then I ask myself "Do I really need that?" Height. I'm 5'10" so it's hard to find guys taller than me, haha. Also someone clean cut, and a killer smile and pretty eyes are a definite plus!!!

I always thought of it as eating more than you really need to. Eating because you're bored, upset, or whatever even though you're not hungry. Then again, every once in awhile it's okay to have a small treat. A small bag of M&Ms or chips, a reasonable slice of pie or dessert after a healthy dinner. A cookie in between…

That's one of my main exercises and it uses most of your muscles! It's also alot easier on your joints if you have bad joints which is a plus!

Maybe streching before and after workouts would help. It helps for me. Also swimming is easy on the joints if you have access to a pool

Cycling is a good workout for your legs. It's nice even when it's raining if you have an excersize bike too. I also find it alot easier and more enjoyable than running, but maybe that's just me, lol
