When I've hit my plateau I go out and have a TERRIBLE dinner, and the next day do a crazy cardio and continue the cardio for the following 6 days. Make sure you're drinking enough water, too.

It's one of those things you probably shouldn't consider "exercise". Like housework. It needs to be done, and gets done, so why bother? You don't put in the 1200 or more calories you burn throughout the day just by breathing..

I personally just let loose during pregnancy and pick back up after I have the baby. I only gained 16lbs with my first and 31lbs with my second. Not too bad for letting go. Congrats!! And lucky you! I'm stuck late and with negatives (has never happened in my life!)

I do first thing in the morning. It gives me the energy I need to keep up with work, the kids and the house.

as everyone has stated, you're eating too little. Some days when I'm busy I don't eat much..around 700 cals. On the days I eat 1200 I lose WAY more. Your body needs fuel!!

I read motivational quotes and take naked pics. Sounds silly but it works :) OH! And I watch stuff on Netflix about weight loss, food, etc

I'm 5'2, hips are 37" and waist is 33in (depending on if I have salt the day before). It's gotta be muscle, then. I guess I'll never beat the scale lol

I was watching a show on it and it said they're depressed because they don't eat meat..even if they take vitamin d. Thought about it..ALLLLL of my vegan and vegetarian friends are on antidepressants.

My friend has and swears by it. Along with diet and exercise she lost 30lbs in 8 weeks. Which I did a year ago without it, but I was much more strict than she was.

I'm anti bmi. I was considered obese in size 8 jeans. Everyone had different body types, so it cannot be accurate.

Avoid starches!! Flour is one of the worst! LOTS and LOTS of water help keep down water retention, also. I lost a lot on my tummy when I did p90x Ab Ripper X.

I followed it for 6 weeks then got bored. I do whatever one I want, when I want. If I'm in a great mood with lots of energy I'll do turbo 55 or 60. If I am sleepy and not as motivated I'll do hiit 15 or fire 30. Do what you want, when you want :)

totally get the flab thing. I think that's the hardest part. I didn't have this with my first, then after my second it was pretty bad. Congrats on your twins :)

I am 5'2, 171.2lbs and in a 10, which are getting very loose. So I'd say a loose 8?
