Personalizing Turbo Fire?

Hi everyone,
I just recently started Turbo Fire (which I love!) but I'm also doing a running program that requires I run 3x per week. I would ideally like do to Turbo Fire 3x per week (MWF) and run 3x per week (TThS), but the Turbo Fire schedule has me doing the program 6x per week.
Is there a way I can personalize Turbo Fire to show me good results even if I only do it 3x per week? Are there certain workouts that are better than others to do if I'm only doing it 3x per week?

I followed it for 6 weeks then got bored. I do whatever one I want, when I want. If I'm in a great mood with lots of energy I'll do turbo 55 or 60. If I am sleepy and not as motivated I'll do hiit 15 or fire 30. Do what you want, when you want0

I think as long as you are active and doing something, you are not doing any harm to your body! Do you what you like, otherwise, you will get bored and stop doing it all together, which would be tremendously worse! Don't feel bad if you are not doing Turbo Fire 6 days a week...you'll have plenty of opportunities to do it when the weather is cold (unless you live in the south where cold is 72 degrees! LOL) Get out there and run! Chalene will be there when you get back!0

I've been doing a HIIT workout with one of the strength workouts and abs 10 3-4 times a week. I got bored of the schedule.0

I'm technically in the 4th week of Turbo Fire but I also throw in some other things and don't follow the schedule every day. I like to run twice a week, so I will sometimes tack on a HIIT 15 afterwards or the Core workout. Or sometimes I do step routine and add on a Fire 30. I usually average a TF workout about 4-5 times a week. I try to ensure I get at least 60 min a workout. Plus, I can't wake up and jump into a HIIT workout. I've got to warm up a bit with something else!!
And, yes, I'm seeing some great results!! My weight loss is steady but just my overall tone is much improved!!
