Why isn't sex added into the exercise database? We all know it burns calories, just how many?? I know it counts as exercise, but I just was curious as to why no one added it in the database. Thank you.
P.s. I mean this as a mature question, not trying to be inappropriate.

I looked it up and it is 144 calories an hour. They said that making out, or kissing, and undressing each other burns even more then that! If I remember right it was 250 calories an hour. I added it to my list lol0

It's one of those things you probably shouldn't consider "exercise". Like housework. It needs to be done, and gets done, so why bother? You don't put in the 1200 or more calories you burn throughout the day just by breathing..0

Perhaps because some of us are more, erm, energetic than others and prehaps it's hard to create a "one amount fits all" number??? ; )0
