yeah I have just made the same discovery- bachelors supernoodles -chicken -are 524 calories a pack- holy guacamole- and it's not like it is a satisfying meal- I always feel hungry again after an hour or two! Blah! It's weird though that its the noodles causing all the calories! sorry I'm not much help but I wanted to share…

maybe he asked you why you were bothering cause he's thinks your fine the way you are?? Or if he thinks it is too stressfull for you to be worying about it so much he feels you should not do that to yourself! Does he worry about his weight?

awwwwwww,dont worry- the whole weekend went totally pear shaped for me too -but i jumped back on the bandwagon this morning with a brisk walk into work without a second thought! onwards and upwards!!!! keep the faith.
