I just retried it (couldn't do much of it 40lbs ago) and WOW...I forgot how hard it was...I would mute her. I was sick of listening ot her after th 20 minutes, but it was a great workout!!! Any suggestions on how to log it?!

I have been hearing about it for months and bought it this weekend...it kicked my butt this morning, but was a great workout! I think I will start by alternating my walking & the video every other day. How do you guys log it? It didn't see it on here specifically.

I was a mountain dew drinker...4-5 a DAY...easy. Then I switched to diet mountain dew...I drank about the same and of course it helped with weight loss since there were no calories.
