  • - currently travelling around Australia. - I usually wear shorts (short ones), but am working on transitioning to skirts and dresses. - I went through a zombie movie phase which has scarred me for life - i usually go to the gym 6 days a week but when I get back to Melbourne AUS, I want to finish my Krav Maga training and…
  • Thanks for all these great responses. I will use your tips and hopefully get this under control.
  • To be honest, I do have some fairly low calorie days and I do workout 6 days a week. I assume there is also an emotional aspect to it as I have been fairly stressed out with irregular hours at work. I've already decided to quit my job in the next week or two - this will allow me total unemployed control of my daily routine…
  • Firstly, you're gorgeous. Secondly, work on your inner dialogue so that it's not so hateful towards yourself. Thirdly, get your act together and work towards what you want to achieve so you can look at yourself and be proud. This is the advice I give to you and the advice I need to follow myself. I just had a binge session…
  • Hi Leala, I'm following the Keto way. I've downloaded the keto script so i get a cool pie chart at the bottom of my food diary with my macro percentages. My ratios are 5-10% carbs, 25-30% proteins and the rest fat. I usually try to make sure that my grams of fat and protein are the same. I'm 70kg, trying to lose the last…

  • this is a hard one... when i first started my journey, my BF could have whatever he wanted at breakfast and lunch and he had to eat what i made him at dinner time. Our dinners weren't seriously unhealthy in the first place, but all potatoes, breads and pastas were removed and replaced with salads, vegetables, sweet potato…

  • When I started my journey, my friend (a PT) told me to do my weight training before my cardio. I hated weight training but did a bit of research (bodybuilding.com) and started focusing on the machines at the gym. Leg press - row - lat pull downs - chest press. Occasionally I'd pick up free weights but my arms were a big…

  • I've just read the 4 Hour Body and in the book, Tim Ferriss says that if you use citrus juices in drinks and on food, it will reduce the blood glucose response. I am currently using citrus juice in water and on salads. I'm three days in so I can't say whether there has been a response, but it can't help to start adding…

  • LoL... I know i said "my trainer" but she's not my trainer. I train myself - she just watches me and asks me questions about what I'm doing because she can see my results. I think i'm her trainer more than she's my trainer.... She bought the book and forgot why so she asked me to read it and interpret it for her.... heh...…
