How do you stop overeating/binging?
I'm stuck in a terrible cycle of eating really well for 4-5 days then BAM - a mindless zombified eating session that sets me back to the start. I would be grateful for any tips on how to make this stop!

Paleo/SANE/low carb diet @ 1200 cals and minimal weight loss
Hi all, I've started a low carb diet focusing on protein, healthy fats, green carbs and minimal dairy. since i started, i've been less hungry so it's really easy to stick to 1200. i go for quick 30 minute runs most mornings. unfortunately, i just don't seem to be making progress. can anyone offer some advice?
