Paleo/SANE/low carb diet @ 1200 cals and minimal weight loss

Hi all,
I've started a low carb diet focusing on protein, healthy fats, green carbs and minimal dairy.
since i started, i've been less hungry so it's really easy to stick to 1200.
i go for quick 30 minute runs most mornings.
unfortunately, i just don't seem to be making progress. can anyone offer some advice?

How long have you been eating this way?
Is 1200 below your BMR?

From what I remember you're pretty active (I'm guessing even more so travelling around the country) and you're probably not giving your body enough fuel. Have a read and up your calories /slowly/.0 -
I'm guessing you may need to eat a bit more, like everyone else has suggested so far.0
