All of my recipes come from online or are already typed into the computer, so I use this: http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php to get the # of cals. Wow, that's a lot of exercise... (Good for you!) I would try to maybe eat some fruit or something light at least -- you don't have to force yourself to eat if you really don't feel like it, but a light snack or meal would definitely help.
