  • I walk, hike, bike and run (and do a leg workout once a week) and I still carry my body fat in my butt and thighs. I would say that there is proof that you cannot spot reduce
  • OMG! Back fat is horrid! I have lost 4 inches from my rib cage and I still have a few inches to lose. Unfortunately, as previously mentioned, you cannot spot reduce. But luckily fat usually disappears from the top down. For me I have no problem loosing off my upper half, but my butt/hip fat is pretty resilient lol
  • I agree with Rach. I would love to be, and it is my goal. It is hard for shorter girls! I have about 10% body fat to shed before I really will feel ready to take that step!
