Firstly.. Congratulate yourself on getting up at 5AM and making the gym :) As another poster said, try a light snack such as banana/protein shake/other fruit. Lower your intensity in the class so you can finish the whole class. Then increase it when you're ready.

Some nice suggestions there, personally I find it hard to eat straight after a workout. Rather than a meal, I follow my workout with a shake. If its was a cardio session I'll just have a protein shake, if it was a weights session I'll add a simple carb like dextrose to it. Then just eat a meal 45mins/hr later containing a…
