I am on blood pressure medication and I thought my beta blocker would slow down my weight loss or make me gain weight. However it has not. I just make sure I watch what I am eating, stay within my calorie range and work out atleast 4-5 times a week doing cardio and strenght training. I do feel like my weightloss is slower,…

I looked at your Diary and I would limit the sodium intake. I had the same problem back in November and December. My weight stayed the same. although I did lose inches/. But when I looked at my Diary I realized my sodium was high. So I cut it down to 1500mg per day. Once I did that, I saw a 9 pound loss in January.

My Nutritionist has me on the DASH Diet(Dietary Approach to Hypertension) I am limited to 1500 mg of sodium per day. It does not give me much room for processed foods. I eat a lot of frutis and veggie. I cool my foods and use herbs and Ms. Dash seasonings. But I find the levels on MFP to be a high amount.

Just a small comment in reference to your sodium intake, I would try to cut down on it some. For me, it did stall my weightloss for a while. Some of the foods you eat maybe be a little high in sodium. Try to eat more lean cuts of meat that are lower in sodium.
