Thanks so much for your recipe! I am trying it tonight with a few changes, only because I live in a small town and can't get ground turkey , or the laughing cow cheese! I used chopped up tomatoes, and onions and instead of ground turkey cut up turkey bacon. I used shredded cheese over everything (2/3 cup). ANd of course…

Hey feel free to add me. I am 1 lb away from my first mini goal and I would like to keep going and get to around 140. I had a baby 6 months ago, and I am down 43lbs. Feeling like I need people in same boat to keep this weight loss going down too :wink:

2 T oil 1/2 t garlic or powder 2 t lemon juice 2 t dijon mustard 2 t basil 1/2 t salt 1/8 t pepper 4 pc of salmon Mix together and marinate for 30 min room temp or 1 hour in fridge. Bake at 350 F til salmons flakes with fork. It is vey yummy : )

I eat them. I agree to make sure you really rinse them out. I cook mine for a little longer, then put a bit of olive oil, parm cheese and herb and garlic spice. They are really good. You should be able to get them in health food stores. Or get them to order them in. In Canada you can get them at Nutter's.

Thanks for all the ideas. I ended up getting my son to lay down and got a 2nd burst of energy(not sure from where LOL). Did some cleaning and some Zumba so I feel better now. Thanks and i may just get that checked out, thanks :)
