Preheat oven to 400 (375 for dark or nonstick pan). Chop up broccoli, some garlic cloves, and a few pieces of center cut bacon (optional). Toss with some EVOO, sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Spread out on a baking pan, roast for 20-30 minutes, tossing every 5-10 min.

You could try making an Asian beef and broccoli dish. Just mix the cooked beef, broccoli, rice, soy sauce and oyster sauce. You could probably use the peppers in it too.0
