  • I just bought the strawberries & cream one. going to start it tomorrow, i think that it will work pretty well. probably going to take 1 scoop, b/c when i see the 180 calories for 2 scoops, yikes. freaks me out. lol
  • i say a total body crosstrainer, which is sort of like an elliptical i guess. but you should get the one with the setting where you choose a resistance AND an incline. you work every part of your body, esp since there are arm handles too. thats the first thing i go on when i go to the gym, i love it!
  • i am on the same boat with you. i desperately want to lose exactly 25 lbs. i'm at around 185 but i wanna be 160s. :/ but the food is soooo goooood! i have too lost weight the wrong way before, I did manage to keep it off, all 50 lbs of it, but this last 25 just doesn't want to come off. grrr

  • i'm always like that when i diet. i sometimes dream that i ate so much that when i wake up, i have to touch my stomach. =/ i weigh myself in the morning and at night, and sometimes throughout the day. i hate that i do all this, cuz when i don't see a lower number, i usually give up and eat.
  • ive been trying. i can eat very little during the day when im at school, then when i come home i just sit and eat and eat. or one day i'll do real good, n the next ill be back to eating a lot. i used to eat like 1000 calories and go workout for 2 hrs, i can't do that now..

  • just put them in a pot and cover completely with water. put it over heat and add salt, and boil for about 10 min the salt makes them peel real nicely.

  • im stuck at 182:/ if i go under, in the next day or two im over it again... and i really don't understand why. i work my *kitten* off, burning over 900 calories, about 3 times a week, and i still gain.. grrrr. but its great that you've passed your plateau :)
  • to me personally, not eating back what i lost during exercise helps. i eat about 600, 700 calories a day and burn off 800. and trust me, i am seeing amazing results! i don't gain anything back unless i pig out all day, and my average weight loss is about 5 lbs a week, if not more. i know this may not be so healthy, but…

  • i have used it and still am... and in a matter of a couple months, i have already lost 39 pounds! im very satisfied with the results.
