I just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Justin Davis, and found this site out through a couple friends of mine. I am 26, and have a goal of loosing 60 lbs. in the next year. I would like to get back to my old self. I tried numerous times to loose weight, Hopefully with having people to talk to like this board it will motivate me to work out harder and stay dedicated to my plan.
