I don't have a problem with people telling me to see a doctor it is the rude comments that some people are saying. I only wanted some advice. I didn't think it would be made into such a big deal. of course I will go to my doctor. I am not stupid. I only wanted peoples opinions.

If you don't like my topic don't comment. SIMPLE. Just because it is a public forum does not give people an excuse to be rude. I see posts all the time about medical issues and they don't get rude comments. from what I see the whining you refer to is coming from the people that don't like my post.

Yes I have got advice from good people but some people have made me feel so stupid for asking advice on here. I will go to my doctor. I just wanted to see if any one had the same problem from eating fewer calories and exercising more. I am upset right now and really wish I hadn't asked anything.

I am consuming 15oo calories and walking 3.5 mile 5 times a week. Maybe I should cut down on the exercise?

I have a rowing machine and I love it. It is a great all over workout. I would highly recommend getting one.

I need to loose 55 lbs. I do well for a couple of weeks then I always treat myself to something ( which I know I shouldn't ) . This throws me off track. I want to start walking again. I also do zumba and just dance on the wii. Thank you so much for taking the time to talk to me x

I use Zumba 2 for the wii which is fantastic. It tracks your progress ( weight and calories burned). I haven't tried the one you have but working out with the wii is so much fun.

I use Zumba 2 for the wii. This is a fantastic workout and so much fun. I am not very coordinated but I found that after a couple of times you get the hang of it.

For tracking calories burned on zumba 2 for the wii. When you set up your profile you input your date of birth and weight. Your calories burned is worked out from this. On the main menu you pick your profile then go into progress tracker then statistics. It shows you your weight, time played, technique and calories burned.

I use Zumba 2 for the Wii. I would highly recommend this. It is so much fun and keeps track of the calories you burn.

Yes I can resist all the bad stuff. I don't think everyone else should suffer because I have got myself into this situation. I want my kids to learn that you can have some bad stuff but in moderation.

zumba 2 for the wii is fantastic but I can't compare as I never tried zumba 1.

I did this on the wii and for a medium class that was 5o mins high intensity I burned 616 calories. Hope this gives you some idea> I was very surprised as well that it isn't in the database as it is such a popular exercise.

I lost 8 lbs in the first week. 7 lbs in the second week. 15 lbs lost after 2 weeks :)
