periods have stopped?
Hey just wondering has anybody else had their period stop when they are exercising and cutting down to 1500 calories? I have lost 37.5 pounds in 4 months but I haven't had a period in that time. Is this normal?

38 pounds lost after 3 months !!!!!!!!!!
So so so happy after loosing 38 pounds. I have put a lot of effort in over the past three months and it has really paid off. Stick with it and you will see results. I have been up and down for so long I feel like I have finally won the battle xx

I have been away from this site for a while. BIG MISTAKE !!!!!!!!!!! I put 14 lbs back on. I now have 55 lbs to loose. I thing I never did before was measure. Delighted !!!
I have been using My Fitness Pal every day for one month and I couldn't be happier :) I have lost 21 pounds so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still have 50 pounds to go but it doesn't seem like such a big challenge anymore. Thanks to MFP I have changed my life for the better.

I have never tried zumba before but I am thinking of getting zumba 2 for the wii. Has anybody tried this? I would like to know what you think about it before I get it. Thanks x :flowerforyou:

can't believe i have allowed myself to put on more weight. I have at least 50 pounds to loose and I can't get motivated at all. It is so depressing. I don't want to do anything and clothes look awful on me. I really need motivation and support or maybe just a kick up the backside. so angry with myself. If anybody can help…

broken toe :(:(:(
Went out on saturday night and broke my toe. Can anybody advise me on what exercise I can do now. Really want to do some exercise. Normally I do walking and use the rowing machine which I can't do until my toe gets better. So frustrated x

:sad: I haven't been loggging in for over a week which means no food diary. This has resulted in me treating myself to rubbish food. I weighed myself this morning and I have gained 5 1/2 pounds. I am in tears. I am so angry with myself and I feel like such a failure
