Could you please help me? Do I have to use the calories I gain through exercise because I really don't want to do this. Thanks x

I think you're supposed to, but I don't tend to eat them back, or at least not all of them. I guess it depends on whether you're hungry, in which case eat, but if you don't feel like you need the extra calories, then it sounds daft forcing yourself to eat them back. If that makes any sense.

I usually do not.....I find that I don't need the extra calories plus it will help with your weight loss!

I don't. I just stick to 1200 calories a day. I find I lose weight more quickly that way. I intend to start eating them once I have reached my goal weight. I actually find 1200 calories is enough anyway it allows for three healthy meals a day.

If you are hungry you should. If you feel lightheaded or run out of energy during workouts or throughout the day then you should.

Answer: You do what works for YOU. Experiment and play with the numbers until the pounds/inches start coming off. Some people don't eat any of them, some people eat half or some, and some people eat all of them back, it just depends on the person.

I usually eat about half of them back- if I had a heavy workout and kind of want to "cheat" my calorie count, I'll go over what I would normally eat with a yummy not-so-healthy snack. But I don't eat all of them back, I'm never that hungry. Eating them all back won't hinder your weight loss though, it's just a personal choice. As long as you eat 1200+ calories, you're fine!
