I have been using My Fitness Pal every day for one month and I couldn't be happier

I have lost 21 pounds so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still have 50 pounds to go but it doesn't seem like such a big challenge anymore.


Thanks to MFP I have changed my life for the better.

doing zumba 2 on the wii and walking. nothing major. I haven't done any exercise this week.
