You can add me as well. I'm 275 minus 4 pounds of water weight. My goal is 200 because of my large frame. I do not want to go less than 180 because I did not like my appearance.

That's what you want to see is change and that great! I don't depend on the scale due to the fact that I retain water due to health reasons but I know I am losing. Last week along I had 5 pounds of water retain but this week it reducing and my inches as well. Be encourage!

I was just discussing this subject with my daughter this morning. I have to have me some black walnut ice cream with salt n sour potato chip mixed in it (a crazy craving but I can go without it). When that happen whatever calories I consumed, I work off the calories at the gym or other cadio.
