  • I have been doing the WW Plan since February 2011. It definitely works. I have gotten down to -36 lbs...but I had a rough patch and now am at -30 lbs. I am about 18 lbs from goal. Hoping to make it by 2013! Good Luck !

  • I am doing WW and MFP concurrently. I have been doing WW since Feb 1 and have lost 32.2 lbs. We are getting ready to start a new at work session this week and I cannot wait. Only 14.8 lbs to go until my goal weight. I am hoping to make lifetime :)
  • I got sick around Memorial Day and gained 2.8 lbs in a week. My weight watchers leader said if you are taking any meds (nyquil, anti-histamines, etc) it can mess with your weightloss. However, after I went off the meds the next week I lost 4.8 lbs. So give yourself some time :)
  • I've been on WW since February. I've lost 32.2 lbs and am now 15.8 lbs away from my goal weight. I did plateau for about five weeks recently, but have bursted through. I think a combo of WW and MFP helps a lot...I've been using it since the end of July with WW.
