Nope. My TSH and weight have been creeping up since February.

How well was your hypothyroidism managed? As my TSH climbs my weight follows but my doc doesn't want to increase my meds. I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. Any advice?

Could you pay a 12 or 13 y.o $5 to watch your kids while you run? What about your ex watching them for an hour a few times a week? I'm a single mother too but my kids are 5.5 and 7.5 and are in school.

The pricier ones allow you to compute your VO2 max to accurately calculate your calorie burn. The others guesstimate it. Unless you are looking to have your BMR professionally calculated and use your calorie count to maintain your current weight, a guesstimate from the machine you are working out on is close enough.

I'm in. I started two weeks ago. I finished W3 but don't feel like I am ready for W4, so may repeat W3.
