Would love to see the pie chart on the website. My husband and I love this feature on our phones/ipads.

We love bread and sandwiches in our house, so we use the "Thins." They are very thin/smaller pieces of bread and are only 100 calories per "bun." We use them for toast, hamburger buns, and sandwich bread. They are a nice alternative to regular bread without feeling like you are going without.

My name is Danica and this is the first time I'll be doing Turbo Fire. I have a hard time with things that move as fast as this does, but I am hoping to stick with it. I have done Insanity in the past and just love it. I hope that I'll love this, in time, too!

My favorite benefit is knowing what is going into my body.... vitamins, nutrients, etc... without trying to calculate it all myself. Just knowing that I am not over doing the food and seeing what a little exercise means. :)

This is the perfect post for the holiday season. Thank you!

Ours does that, too! I have no idea why and it is a bit of a bummer.

I work for the company that makes SENSA. It can work for those who are diligent. The studies are valid and the results can be seen. It is a good tool to help get you started, if you have a hard time. My husband used it and others here at work use it. Sticking with a program and being aware and responsible is going to get…

Yes! We bought one that goes up to 2lbs at WalMart for under $5 and it is one of the best things we have added in the past few months to our kitchen. Sometimes I wish we had the 7lb one, but really.... it's rare. The small scale allows me to measure the right amounts of food. Most veggie servings are in ounces --- I can't…

Maybe you could buy an outlet timer - you know, like the ones people use to turn their lamps & christmas lights on and off at certain times?

I had my body fat done about 8 years ago when I was working out alllll of the time. I was at 14% - that is not good. The fitness professional that I spoke with told me that even a woman that is fit should really not go much below 20%. You should be very happy with where you are now. It is healthy. Women need a little more…

If you can, do. I really wish now that I had done my measurements. I like to see the weight coming off, but I also think it would be nice to see the physical size difference, too.

Thank you for posting this. I don't know that I used that much salt to begin with, but I notice other changes like... craving less sweet - probably because I'm not taking in as much salt! :)

I have had these at Thanksgiving dinner once and they were amazing!!!

I enjoy wearing make-up.... But, about a month ago, I just stopped. And, I love how much time I save and I don't feel like I really NEED it anymore. I still wear a good SPF moisturizer, concealer for the random spots, and a little eyebrow powder...and I curl my eyelashes. Make up takes 5 minutes in the morning now vs. the…

I like Kashi Go Lean Crunch (1 cup) and Fat Free Milk (1/2 cup) OR Cheerios (1.5 cups), 1/2 banana, and Fat Free Milk (1/2 cup)

It's a good thing I love you. Let's talk about it tonight.

I love Insanity. My husband and I did it to kick off our better eating & exercising lifestyle. :) We did not do the second month because it seemed like we were not quite ready for it. But, it definitely put us in a better place -- especially using the nutritional guide to help plan meals for awhile. I want to do the whole…

Sounds yummy! We'll have to try it.

I use circuit training - general for the first weeks and high intensity circuit training for the MAX workouts This seems pretty accurate.
