I have scoliosis, curvature of the spine, which I had to wear a back brace from middle of seventh grade til middle of nineth grade. It was horrible. Also, my second toe is longer and my eyes are two different sizes.

Initial test - Dips - 4 - no upper body strength Situps - 40 average Squats - 30 good Pushups - 10 I doing the pushups to help with my upper body strength.

I'm 36 and need some motivation. Here are my initial measurements. Weight - 163.6 lbs Chest - 36 3/4" Bust - 37" Waist - 34 1/2" Hips - 42 7/8" R Thigh - 26" L Thigh - 26" R Calf - 14 1/2" L Calf - 14 1/2" R Arm - 11 5/8" L Arm - 12" I'll do my initial test lhis evening.

Congrats! You are a true inspiration. One of my friends recently battled thyroid cancer as well. She was at the pediatrician with her son when the nurse, I believe, told her she needed her neck looked at. This nurse probably saved her life.
