All the food looks great! We are serving a meal of lamb with rice and dried apricots, pumpkin soup, and halva. I just had a few questions about if these were traditionally eaten dishes, and possibly some table customs or eating habits.

Subway!. I have been playing around with the nutrition calculator and a 6 inch can easily be over 550 kcal. So at subway, flatbread, no cheese, no sauce is the best way to go. I burn around 100 calories every 10 min doing a cardio dvd. I burn a little more than 100 calories every 10 min running on the treadmill, and even more when running outside.

I did shred and shed level 1. It's got a lot of martial arts type stuff in it. Had me sweating!

I am currently taking Phentermine 37.5 mg. I was dieting on my own and losing weight very slowly for my size, (about 10lbs in 8 weeks) and also taking caffiene supplements for energy which resulted in a nasty kidney infection.
