Anyone on here from Turkey? I'm doing a school project on Turkish cuisine and I need to conduct an interview!

    Not from Turkey but one my favourite foods is Gozleme a turkish dish! Yum yum......

    All the food looks great! We are serving a meal of lamb with rice and dried apricots, pumpkin soup, and halva. I just had a few questions about if these were traditionally eaten dishes, and possibly some table customs or eating habits.
