Could you be getting more muscle mass in your body? It means your body is getting toner, but won't reflect much on the scale. I agree with everyone else that weight isn't always the best indicator of weight loss but how your clothes fit.

Ending totals are not accurate b/c too many people are posting at the same time and using the same ending totals to add on their weight. You might want to check the for accurate totals.

I have the first zumba game for the wii and I love it. I feel like I am working out when I do it. I'm hoping to get the 2nd one soon!

I have heard that the dancing games on the wii are good for kids and get them up and moving without realizing it. I have a friend with a 4 year old that loves to play Just dance and will try to do the dances with us when we play. It is fun for all!

I like to dance to so I enjoy doing the dancing with the stars videos and there is some Billy Blanks Jr. dance videos that I tried sample of and ended up buying one. I haven't tried the full length version yet though.

I'm with you. I had save like 500 calories for last night, but the food and 1 drink got the better of me. Even worse, I got on the scale this morning and was up 2 pounds from yesterday. So not impressed with myself. Starting over today and getting back to normal, as much as possible. Good luck to u!

I have Just dance 1 and 2 and the first zumba game for the wii. I find I get a better workout (meaning I sweat more) from Zumba. When I track it on here I just put it under zumba. I take Zumba classes and find I get about the same out of the workout. For the Just dance games, I log it under general dance. I have a tracker…

I usually eat a fruit if I am low in calories, but hungry. I also enjoy oyster crackers if I'm craving salt or something crunchy. Smoothies are also good at keeping me full and they taste great!

I think you have done amazing to lose 55 pounds. Even if you gained some of it back, you are still down 44. Take your successes no matter how big or small! Do you get light headed at all? I found out I have exercised induced asthma when I was in high school. I would get light headed and dizzy after doing any strenuous activity. Now I have an inhaler and I take it before I work out and I can breath much easier. I still have a pounding heart and get warm really easy. That's…

You have to add it. If you do a google search for calories burned doing zumba, you will find a calculator and then just add it yourself.

I had the same problem. My doctor told me it was because I didn't have enough food in my stomach and vitamins can be harsh on your stomach if it is empty or close to it. I have not had a problem since I started taking them after eating lunch.

I take one a day womens vitamin and a calcium chew. I found out they were really harsh on my stomach. I was not able to take them after breakfast. I need to make sure there was enough in my stomach to absorb them. I take them after I eat lunch.
