Hi! I'm 5'4 and a half! I started out MFP at 230 pounds. My highest was 245 pounds and right now I'm at 211.8. :) My goal weight is 140, but we'll see how I look and feel!

Thank you! And I started off using the MFP guidelines but I knew how many calories I was tracking so I became a bit tedious tracking the same breakfast and dinner everyday. But not much has changed! I still eat around 1200-1300 calories.

Thank you! And I know! Just the thought of having something bad just takes the whole craving away. I had ice cream with brownie mixed in it the other day and I got so sick! It was so not worth it!

I don't have any after pictures because I'm nowhere near done but I am working on my arms a lot! I do a lot of lifting it feels like its working!

It was two days of not budging. I guess I just get obsessed with the scale. It's motivating and discouraging at the same time.

I definitely did NOT put on muscle mass! lol. I've hiked up my workout to walking the 45 minutes and an extra 45 minutes of another exercise! I'll weigh myself next Thursday!

Even though I don't log days I eat about the same things every day! I plan out my week meals so if its a meal for one day of the week it's probably the same for the rest!

But I kind of feel like I'm okay with the calories I'm eating? I've always had a small stomach but now I'm learning to stop eating when I feel full.

Both.. My health hasn't been too great recently and I'm picking up on it. I'm also doing it for vanity because when I lost 20 pounds I felt damn good.

If I had a somewhat healthy free day, I would most likely go to Chipotle and get a burrito bowl. If I was trying to go all out, I would go to Five Guys, or Chilis, or Cheesecake Factory. mmm.... Cheesecake Factory sounds nice.

Nay. Anything that is an odd quick weight loss diet is a nay for me.. I know someone who got an ear staple and lost 40 pounds.. and then gained it all back. I know someone else who did the HCG diet and they look so droopy.. and just not toned. I would rather be losing weight for 5 years and look fabulous than do a quick…
