My resting heart rate is 48 bpm, but I'm not an "athlete"
I've been working out about everyday for a month so far, and I tracked my heart rate for resting, laying in bed about to go to the gym, and I'm about 48bpm. I weigh about 211.. I feel fine, nothing weird. My RHR used to be about 62bpm, but now it's lower. Is that a good thing?

How accurate are the workout machines in the gym?
At my gym they use LifeFitness machines, where it asks for my weight. According to the machine I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and burned 498 calories, and when I put it in MFP it says I burned 646. Obviously that's a huge gap, which should I put in?

I finally had my eye-opening moment!! And lost 27 pounds!

I don't want to eat! Not sure what to eat! Please help!
Today, for breakfast I had: I'm hungry but I don't know what to eat. I honestly don't really want to eat because I like seeing progress on the scale and I feel like eating anything hearty won't help me. I was thinking about making sautéed chicken and squash, is that good?
