You may be giving up greens but, how healthy is your diet? Are you eating a diet free of packaged foods and soy? If so, you are just as doomed to a life of cancer and death as the rest of us.

Eating less than 1200 cals a day is not healthy, unless directed by a doctor you are not losing weight because your body is holding onto everything that you are eating. Be careful with that or you will wind up in the hospital.

Yes, It's annoying. It happens at my work all the time. I just tell them the truth, I say, no thank you. Processed Sugar is Death. I don't eat that stuff, and eventually they don't even ask you anymore. Hope this helps.

I wouldn't think so. I work in a restaurant as well. And it gets quite greasy in there and I've had no problem losing weight. Think about it, when your skin is try they tell you to use coconut or olive oil for moisturizer and people don't gain weight doing that. I think you are fine.

Their food is yum. But the sodium content can be a little high. The brown rice sushi is amazing. If they have the roasted veggies with butternut squash and spinach and craisins. They have lots of good and healthy foods.

I've cut out Soy, sugar, Anything white (flour, rice, etc) most Processed Foods. eating a clean diet. Whole foods. No deprivation. OH and NO artifical sweeteners.

I'm eating a minimum of 2000 calories and I started out on here eating 2500 cals and I exercise and I lift heavy 6-7 days a week. You should eat more.
