If you loke bananas eat them. I eat them I cut them in half and put a half of one in protein shakes on days that I am feeling a banana.

I eat lamb, but, It's not very popular in the US yet. But, It's on the rise I think. Who would not love some delicious lamb chops cooked medium rare... Mmmm..

I stay away from soy, sugar, and a lot of the junk that is in all these protein bars that people are posting. Most protein bars are Terrible for you!! I only eat Quest Protein Bars, Dale's Raw Protein Bars. High in Protein. No Soy or artificial sweeteners. All natural and very clean and good for you. No junk no sugar.

Girl If you wanna try different brands. Go to The Vitamin Shoppe, and get a bunch of sample packs and find one that you like. The cheap ones taste like **** frankly and you aren't gonna enjoy them even in a shake. Isopure is a good brans, Nutrabio, I love Natty Nutrition (i have a stockpile and they discontinued it SO sad)…

My tip to you is no matter what, no matter how many times you fall off the wagon, just keep going keep trying keep at it. There are going to be a lot of setbacks in your road. Just keep going. You are going to do amazing.

I use a Polar FT4. It's pretty good. Though I think I've graduated to a more professional one. I train really hard. But, it's a great consumer grade heart rate monitor.

High in protein and satisfying for me is Cottage Cheese and Fruit. It keeps me full for a long time. Also Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal in the morning. I work a very active job and it keeps me full for 3-4 hours.

What HRM do you use? You may have to restart it if it is doing that I have the polar FT4 and sometimes it does that. But, let me tell you, if your heart rate was actually 216 you would feel it and probably feel out of breath, etc.

I love my fitbit, but, I'm old school and have the fitbit ultra. Didn't know they were coming out with the ONE or I would've waited another two months before I ordered it.

You should always weigh your food even if you do have measuring cups because you can pack more in the measuring cup than an actual portion. Weigh preferably in grams not in ounces it's the most accurate.
