Aww, darlin'. that sucks. I don't think you could sue, most malpractice attorneys won't take a case, even if it's a genuine case, because the malpractice laws have become so regimented. All you can do is trust the medical people, so don't blame yourself for not knowing to get it managed earlier. Any time something strikes…

You may also want to have your thyroid checked. Hypothyroidism can cause this. Poor circulation can also cause this, but morning exercise usually defeats that.
-
i have 6 children. so I feel ya! Takimoto's disease runs in my family though. For thyroid support, I use Potassium iodide, readily available at most health food or whole foods grocers. Just three drops a day in a glass of water or juice are enough, so it doesn't even raise your potassium count, but do get enough potassium…

True story: I've never cared how much my dry cleaning costs. I took in my best formal dress to be cleaned and when I got it back, it was limp and creased. I could never wear that dress again, and it had cost $250. I hate dry cleaners.

You looks so strong and healthy!! And they last few pictures you're wearing the same clothes and it's so obvious the shirt is fitting looser and looser. Congratulations on strongly taking control of your health!

You're in a plateau. I've hit it. And three months is about the time. The way to get out of the plateau is to increase food while not increasing calories (IE - eat a few more greens, spinach, etc,) so you feel full all the time without wrecking your calorie count, and do a few more exercise sessions a week. I find three…

I have only lost 24 lbs, my total goal is another 124, but after just a few weeks of jazzercise I was stronger and had better balance. I look better and feel better. I applaud your decision to take control of your health.(My boyfriend keeps telling how much "Buttier" my butt looks. He's always telling me how proud he is of…

My toothbrush has a tongue/cheek cleaner on the back, so you don't redistribute tooth germs onto the tongue. I also use Listerine Total Care after every brushing.

Exhaustion can certainly hinder your ability/willingness to exercise. Also, if you aren't getting enough sleep, your body isn't appropriately healing from the previous day. It takes 21 days (approximately) to adjust to a change, so give yourself a little leeway for the next few weeks.

When I make it to morning Jazzercise, I have less stress during the day, I feel stronger and more energized. When I go to the evening class, I feel like I'm melting away the day's stress. I try to hit both classes, but I have noticed my body responds better in the morning. Fitness isn't stored, only fat is stored, so if…

I'll be logging on. There are ways to make Thanksgiving food healthier. Bake potatoes instead of mashing them with butter and cream, and bake your yams also. If you want baked yams candied, use a spoonful of marshmallow cream. Use portion control for the turkey, and either skip the stuffing or cook it outside the bird, and…

Once you take control, there's nothing you can't accomplish

Fresh vegetables which are sweet and crunchy, such as snap peas, are my anti-sugar. Also, I take Dymatize ISO-100 protein powder. It has a sugar-free sweetener, and is just a yummy protein boost.
-
Missing carbs almost always means missing potassium, so be vigilant of that! Also, too much protein can cause other problems.
-
I have kidney issues, so most arguments against water consumption are for healthy people, but my nephrologist says that no matter how much people deny it, clear water is necessary, and more than most people think. Drink your water.

Companies aren't highly motivated to respond to disputes if you've paid them off.

I agree, eat. DO NOT get less than 1200 calories, ever. The sugar thing is a goal, not a commandment. The calorie minimum is sacred.
-
You should reduce sodium, definitely. Lean protein is easy to get, go buy yourself a can of Dymatize ISO - 100 Whey protein powder isolate, it's high in easily absorbed protein which is low in carbs and calories.
-
Congrats, you're making great progress!! I did the before/after pics at 20 lbs but the changes were not as noticeable, yours are looking lots better!
-
You may not be eating enough. Your body might be in starvation mode. Add some lean protein after each workout to build muscle! Muscle burns more fat. I started seeing results after three weeks.
-
I agree with everything but Journey. But then... I stood Steve Perry up for a date, LOL

Boys of Summer is always a classic. I was an 80's teen, so yea, the music is fun! let's see - anything by whitesnake! Take on me by Ah-ha oh, Bonnie Rait! Something to talk about!
-
Good for you for doing what you know makes you feel good! Feeling sluggish can make inertia too easy. Best of luck!

I don't crave junk food any more, I've been clean eating for more than three weeks so McDonald's makes me nauseated, but it's a little rude of your husband to sabotage your diet like that. Maybe suggest to him that he stop somewhere a little healthier so you can dine with the family.
-
If you reduce your carbs, your body will burn more fat, but really watch your potassium level. Sadly, most potassium-rich foods are high in carbs, so don't cut those out. Low potassium will damage your joints, and raise your blood pressure.

soy, dairy, almond, oat, hemp, coconut and ancient grain milk all contain protein, potassium, calcium, and vitamins A and D. 3-4 cups are about enough, but not too much. If you are going over on your calorie count, get light soy milk. It's good for you, so don't cut back on that, you need the nutrients when losing weight.…

oh. I don't have one of those. I read somewhere vigorous sex burns 600 calories an hour, but I kinda doubt it. It isn't quite as much exertion as Jazzercise.

Wear a what? I don't need to be told to shave! :P
-
Jinx. We said the same things!

It might be a sodium issue, if you are eating very sodium-laden foods. Celery is in that family! Bending arms when walking probably will help, don't carry heavy things, drink more water and eat potassium to regulate body salts.
