when do the pds stare melting off?

I have doing my best to workout 5-6 days a week burning about 800-1000 calories a day, when do you start seeing results? Oh yeah my calorie intake is either little above or a little under 1200 cal. a day.:grumble: .

So you are taking in 1200 calories and burning off 1000? That means you are netting 200 calories a day? Not safe! Eat back your exercise calories! You'll make yourself sick!0

You may not be eating enough. Your body might be in starvation mode. Add some lean protein after each workout to build muscle! Muscle burns more fat. I started seeing results after three weeks.0
