when do the pds stare melting off?

I have doing my best to workout 5-6 days a week burning about 800-1000 calories a day, when do you start seeing results? Oh yeah my calorie intake is either little above or a little under 1200 cal. a day.:grumble: .

    So you are taking in 1200 calories and burning off 1000? That means you are netting 200 calories a day? Not safe! Eat back your exercise calories! You'll make yourself sick!
  • You may not be eating enough. Your body might be in starvation mode. Add some lean protein after each workout to build muscle! Muscle burns more fat. I started seeing results after three weeks.
