Didn't gain, but didn't lose either. Going to work on trying to get some exercise done and figure out how to work it into my work week schedule too. I'm happy I didn't gain more at least. I only do it once a week. I can't jump on the scale every morning if I weigh less one day and more the next it would be upsetting. So I just do it once a week and it works for me :smile:
