I failed in the winter to spring challenge BUT I am ready to redeem myself.
Starting Weight on 3/20: 222.1 lbs. at 5'9" tall
Goal Weight of 202lbs. on 6/21(20lb. loss at 1.5lbs. per week)
Ultimate Goal: 168lbs.
Have been on the treadmill 3 days this week totaling 2hrs/28mins .

No, I kind of fell(well did fall) off the wagon of trying and quit participating.1

I'm in! I've been losing weight with my new job, but my A1C still went up so I'm gonna try to keep track of everything I eat and exercise a little bit.

I'm in. My exercise trainer has been out for a while and I did not do much of anything on my own. Back on track as of today. Starting weight 182. Need to lose weight, not just for looking better but am type II diabetic and need to get my A1C lower. I may not be weighing in daily. Can get a bit frustrated if there's no change and trainer suggested not doing it daily. But will sign in daily and keep track of calories for myself and post how I am doing.0

1st week loss: 2.8 lbs (17.8 lbs to go!)
Been logging into my diary daily! Keeping track of the calories I eat and trying to exercise 3 to 4 times a week, for at least for an hour each time.
Low impact aerobic exercise and Zumba dance exercises! I'm trying to add a little strength training into the mix today and see how it goes! I have some health issues that makes exercising a challenge at times.
However, I'm pressing forward, and trying to keep myself motivated. I really appreciate this thread because it keeps me going. I hope everyone does good on this challenge! and look forward to this journey with you all.2 -

Challenge goal weight for June 21: 222 pounds
Ultimate goal weight for January 1, 2020: 175 pounds
This will average a 1 pound per week weight loss for the challenge time period. This is what I have my calorie count set for on MFP. I lost about 60 pounds in the last year, but have lost motivation and have only lost about 8 pounds in the last 3 months. I need something to kick-start me to get going again. I walk 30 minutes with hand weights five days each week. What I really love to do is read, eat, and sit.

Hi everyone I hope everyone is doing well! How did Easter meals go for everyone? Mine was a bomb!! I didn't show any restraint but I'm moving on and leaving it in the past. WI in the morning. Wish me luck! Good luck to everyone this week!
