Hi all! I didn't WI on Monday. My scales died and couldn't go to town until today. Yay I'm down another 3.6#. I am right on target for this mini challenge. I will start WI now on Saturdays. Have a great week everyone and Happy Mother's day to all the mom's on here.1

06/01: 142.4 lbs. at 5'6" tall now because of arthritis...ugh!
06/02: 142.0 lbs. both days at 5:00 a.m.

Ultimate Goal: 135lbs.
My DH and I are retired so we are able to watch our grandson while my DDD (Darling Doctor Daughter) and her husband work. She teaches first grade and does a great job with her kids. We're doing a Happy Dance because summer break starts Thursday. She'll be able to join me in my workouts w/our trainer. We have only been able to get together Saturdays for a yoga session. Now we'll work out our weekday workouts!
DH and I walk five mornings a week. Depending when we p/u Ronan and Bean (grandpuppy), we can get in an hour of walking in the dark before p/u time. It'll be nice to walk when it's light outside. Sometimes we can get in a walk with R&B while we have them. We'll go to the park with a sandy area and Ronan will play for a while then we'll go up the block and see the horses. Then we'll go down another block and watch the big earth-moving equipment work on the new dog park. Ronan loves the big earth movers and trucks. We'll get one or two miles in.

Hi everyone I hope you are all doing well. I am frustrated and angry with myself right now. I had a little bit of a set back and gained. That's 2 stinking weeks in a row! I need to get on track! It had been so busy here with the end of the school year near and our DD graduating from high school. I really need to do some serious planning and get myself organized. I will do this! That's fine with me. I haven't done so well either the last couple of weeks, but I certainly am not giving up. It seems like there have been more opportunities for me to overeat than I usually have, and I've taken advantage of every one of them!1 -
