Who is ready to challenge themselves to be lighter and more fit by Summer and to get some encouragement along the way? The Challenge is: loss at least a pound a week, log in your diary daily, and exercise at least 3 times a week. This challenge will start the first day of Spring on March 20th and end on the day Summer starts on June 21st. Check in with your weight loss weekly, struggles, successes, NSV, share recipes, and activities. In general share anything that has to do with you weight loss journey. Good luck to all!!
