    Mine was not great either but I figure today is a new day to much wine and chocolate but it was good did manage a walk though so don’t feel so bad doing ok for today

    I've lost almost 4 pounds since I signed on three days ago. Apparently I'm experiencing the rapid water weight loss that occurs at the start of a healthy eating plan. I knew I was at a self-induced plateau for the past few months after losing 60 pounds, but didn't realize my eating had gone so far into the realm of processed foods that not eating them made this much of a difference. I love my MFP challenges!

    Happy Friday all! Last weekend of spring break if spring break for me and my kiddos. We are heading to Ocean Shores tomorrow to spend our last day at the ocean. I have done pretty good this week food and exercise wise. Today we are doing some spring cleaning. I'm sure I will burn a few calories so I can enjoy my favorite pizza place at the beach.     Lost 2 inches from waist and hip area over the last two weeks. Skirts are getting a lot looser, soon I'm going to have to get a belt to hold it up because I have to keep pulling the skirt up lol Which is definitely a good thing.

    Wanted you to know that my scale's not working!! Can still login calories and other information needed. Will buy a new scale but it won't be for a couple of weeks or so until I get more money. Would like to stay in the challenge and can still log all the information required except the weight and once I get the scale I can login what the weight loss is then!! if that's okay?
    Otherwise this is the end of my challenge, I hope not but everything happens for a reason.

    What a bummer! Most definitely keep going! All are welcome to do this how it works for them. This group is here for support and accountability. Sometimes a break from scales is good. Use this time to really concentrate on things like your nSv non scale victories. Good luck!!

    Happy Saturday everyone!! didn't do a very good job of planning my meals this week and I only made it to the gym once. This week my mini goal is to make it to the gym 4 days and plan and follow my menu. Today I am menu planning. What are you all doing to plan for the up coming week. I'd love to see some menus or recipes!

    @JerSchmare and @MichSmish and anyone else struggling.
    Leave yesterday behind and move forward. Sometimes we can do our best and for some reason our body doesn't show all our efforts and sometimes we just have a tough week. Learn from it and keep going and remember it is just part of the process. You will get where you want to be just stay focused and determined!

    I'd love to see some menus or recipes!

    I usually repeat the same 4 or 5 meals for several weeks and then when I get tired of something I switch it up a little and try something new. The meals are usually some combination of beans, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches, eggs and various vegetables. This week I needed to use a couple of bananas and so tried a recipe for banana oatmeal pancakes I found at https://www.livestrong.com/recipes/easy-banana-oat-pancakes/ There are lots of recipes for these pancakes so there may be an easier way to do it although these were pretty simple. I made them twice and added a few chopped walnuts the second time. Tasty!

    Yum those pancakes look delicious! I'm trying to filter gluten out of my diet so these fit right in! I have been trying to move away from meat and milk also. I always feel so bloated and I think it is the milk and gluten. Thanks for the recipe!
