Calling all weight loss vets--need to lose 20 lbs by October 15th!
Hello all, As the title of the post says, I need to lose 20 lbs (and be able to run a 5k) by October 15th. I have reduced my calories and carbs and have changed the overall way I eat. I also exercise. I was wondering if I continue on this should I be okay for October or is there something more that I can do?

I'm so on and off. I fell off the wagon more times than I can count. Now, I'm twenty pounds heavier than I was at the start of the year:/ Exercising isn't a problem, but the food? I LOVE eating. My family LOVES it. I don't know how to stop my food addiction :( Sorry. Just a little vent thread.

Eating Back on a low carb diet?
As stated, I'm low carbing, not calorie counting, but I'm not sure if I'm supposed to eat back my exercise "carbs" or not?
