Hi there! My name is Kim and I'm currently 5'6'' and 172 lbs. Recently I evaluated myself, hopping aboard the "New Year, New Me," train. I am at the heaviest weight I have ever been. I never used to have a stomach, and now have a rather large one. My thighs have always been the biggest part of me, and they're expanding and gaining cellulite like no other. I need to lose weight. Today is my second day of my diet and I just wanted to make some friends who's stats are similar (or not) to mine so we relate :) Also, anybody else already sick of waiting? I know it's only day two but I can't wait for results! :p

    Hello Kim and welcome to MFP! I have been here for over a week and have already seen some results! Hope that this site works for you also. I just wanted to ask, what kind of diet are you on? Are you also adding some exercise along with your diet? I will send you a friend request on here, would love to keep track of progress and also offer and receive support and motivation!

    Hi! Thanks! I am doing a lower carb diet while trying to stick into my calorie range as well as doing Jillian Michael's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD paired with her 30 DS. As I said before, it's only been two days so I haven't noticed anything other than my appetite is a lot more suppressed. But then again, I'm also taking Slimquick so that might be why.
