Easter Blues

Right before Easter I binged and decided that it was okay to eat off my diet through Easter, but we haven't had any food in the house so I've eaten take out every day this week! I'm finding it so hard to stick to a diet plan and I was doing amazing with my exercise before Easter, but now I've stopped :( I need to get back on and stick to it. Does anyone have any tricks to help increase willpower? It would be much appreciated!

    Must have been something in the air for the past week or so I fell off track and am having a real hard time getting refocused. I don't know of any tricks other than setting your mind to it and telling yourself you are strong enough to do it! I'm right there with you starting over is hard really hard but the only cure for it is to stop quitting. I'm telling this to myself as well as to you!
