Krill Oil
I have been taking fish oil daily for about 20 years. I can take it with or without food OK. About three weeks ago I started taking Krill Oil. If I do not take it with food I feel uncomfortable sometimes. Does anyone else find taking Krill Oil more stressful to the GI tract. I do think it helps with remaining joint pain.
