Slippery slope
Heighest weight I’ve been since November. This is not going backwards. 2 pounds becomes 5 becomes 10 etc like it has so many times before. So I am stopping the insanity now and not ignoring the creep. Cleaned out the cabinets and thank God it’s garbage day. What was your “insanity stopping” moment.

Don't agree with my trainer
Today after my run and workout, my trainer says to me, "ok, you're done". I got really confused and said "done with what"? and she replied "no more losing weight...you're done. Time to maintain". I don't agree with her but respect her as a professional and her opinions. I'm not sure how to handle this. Suggestions?
