Som Tam, Tom Yum soup with chicken or prawns, chicken and cashews...0

Broth based soups, summer rolls, satay (just don't use crazy amounts of dipping sauce). I usually order a stir fry with lean meat/seafood and veggies and just skip the rice.1

Basil chicken is pretty low calorie if you eat about half the rice. I grow thai basil and make it at home for around 450ish calories including a small amount of rice, at a restaurant I'd guess it's about 300 or so more(larger portions of everything)0

I do basil chicken also and so the rice (personally if rather have a larger portion of meat instead).0

Eat all the meat, seafood and veggies you care for and go easy on rice, noodles etc...0
