3,000 calories
Last night (and the past few days) I have been eating upwards of 3,000 calories! My goal is 1,600. I weighed in this morning and in the past MONTH I have managed to gain 10 pounds. Within the past YEAR i have GAINED 20 pounds! Unintentionally... This overeating NEEDS TO STOP.

Hi! I am 5'9" or so and around 125 pounds. I am moderately active (running 30 minutes or so a day). My calorie goal is set at 1,600 to maintain my current weight but always eat upwards of 2,500! Super Bowl
Went over my "goal" today by about 200 calories (thanks to fondue and ice cream). Not going to stress out about it... Fresh start tomorrow! And I did workout today to compensate I guess. What are YOUR favorite "splurge" foods. My weakness is cheese...cheese, chocolate and ice cream oh my.

Protein Bar and Peanut Butter Binges
Recently at night, after a day of eating relatively healthy, I cave. Protein bars and peanut butter are my weaknesses. Tonight, for instance, I binged on Quest chocolate chunk protein bars (like half a box) and one too many servings of peanut butter. My mind does not understand the meaning of "moderation..." I feel sick. :s

+10 pounds since last weigh in...
I weighed myself last Monday and was 10 pounds lighter. I have been overeating/binging the past couple of weeks, but the most I have ever eaten in a single day is till under 4,000. I know you'll say it's "water weight," but still... The number causes so much guilt and anxiety!
