The past few weeks have left me feeling quite guilty. I have gained weight due to binges at night after days of restricting. My motivation to workout/run has also taken a hit. However, today I am actively fighting the thoughts and urges to restrict and binge later on. Currently it is 5 pm and I have not worked out yet today. I am going to go to the gym in a bit and will have a small bite to eat afterwards. I will not binge. I will stay within my calorie goal. Need to break free of these habits!
