Went over my "goal" today by about 200 calories (thanks to fondue and ice cream). Not going to stress out about it... Fresh start tomorrow! And I did workout today to compensate I guess. What are YOUR favorite "splurge" foods. My weakness is cheese...cheese, chocolate and ice cream oh my.

    You did GREAT to only go over by 200!

    Cheese and chocolate for me too... I still have them, I just weigh them first!
